As a long time player of World of Warcraft I can say that I’m more than a little excited about the upcoming film.
Due to be released in June 2016, this long anticipated adaptation of the well known game follows the initial clash between the Humans and Orcs.
It will show many locations familiar to WoW players and showcase the conflict from both Alliance and Horde perspective.
While Chris Metzen (one of the creators of the Warcraft universe) has said it will be “Live Action” there will be some CGI elements for the Orcs and Forsaken characters. Just look at this still of Durotan, reportedly from the film:

They’ve been keeping most details about the film very quiet but at Blizzcon they released a teaser trailer.
