Bite is strongly set in the sub-genre that I love. The Thing, The Fly,The Cave, Slither and Relic are all on my list of favourites and all have that body-morphing monster horror genre down pat. Knives get boring. Mandibles, pincers, wings and tentacles are far more fun. Nothing screams mid-week movie to me more than watching a Kerrigan clone rip through a collective of B-grade bridesmaids.
It’s still going to be a while before we get a blu-ray release date, but I am most definitely going to be putting this one on my calendar.
